hey i saw your vid on naughty machinima and i was wondering what did yoiu do to get sfm to play the imported audio you had cuz i have some wonder woman audio but when i import it sfm doesnt play any sound i know there is a merge file way to import stuff cuz importing indivi files gives errors and crap but how did you do yoursyou probably just have to convert it to an agreeable format. i saw most of the original sound files in SFM were “.wav” files. but the other day when i imported one it too would not work. so i converted the same file to an “.mp3″ and it worked just fine.
I should note you will run into a few weird problems though. some times when you drop in a clip if its longer than a few seconds it won’t render the entire audio file just part of it. but all you have to do is grab one end and stretch it, and the res should be there. some files wont play when you’re dragging the play-head around. which sucks cause sometimes you need that to know were to animate mouth movement especially.
for the most part i don’t ad sound in SFM unless i’m trying to do some lip sync for a voice. i do all the music and SFX in Adobe premier.
